An informal roundtable discussion of 5 women in STEM who are friends from their first STEM role, sharing their professional journeys and experiences. The meeting lead by MedScan3D's founder Jacqui O' Connor aims to provide a platform for accomplished women in STEM to share insights from their professional journeys, fostering knowledge exchange, inspiration, and networking. An engaging discussions unfolded as the women shared personal experiences, challenges faced, and triumphs achieved in their respective STEM fields. Valuable insights regarding strategies for career advancement, work-life balance, and overcoming gender-related obstacles in the workplace were discussed.
